Can't Help But Smile!
Ok so being a Hillbillie from the back woods I got a huge kick out of this! Let me first say if the moose actually hurt himself I wouldn't have found this to be funny because I love all creatures big and small but this guy walked away with just a headache and a bruised ego so it ok to laugh.
Ok so here it is a moose in Gothenburg, Sweden snacked on some fermented apples and as a result he became a bit tipsy and got himself stuck in a tree!
"Well This is embarrassing... Guys a little help here... Hiccup!" the moose said
"No Pictures Please!" the moose said
"I'll never eat another apple again... Hiccup!" the moose said
Zzzzzz! He's going to need some aspirin in the morning!LOL T =)

Sometime time back I discovered the most amazing thing. All of the site links listed under the categories marked with a star are sister sites (My definition). So what this means is if you have an account for one (Free Account) you can log into all of them using that one account. I have not explored all the sites just yet but I believe they all have the save your favorites option once you are logged in. How great is that! ONE ACCOUNT good for MANY SITES!

Tradition... The 2010 Christmas Ortament
Hello Creative Friends, Each year I add a special ortament to our tree and it gets dated with the year. After Christmas this year I realized in all the excitement of the holidays I forgot about the 2010 ortament! Well sometimes I have one I pick up somewhere along our travels through out the year but not this year. These ortaments are special and most often have a memory attached to them like a day spent at the Fair in ME etc. What was I going to do.... I needed a 2010 ortament....
Ah Hah! I thought to myself. The day after Christmas we were hit by the Blizzard of 2010. Snow! Snow! and More Snow! The next day after the blizzard the other half and I stood in our kitchen looking out the window at all the snow that had fallen (over a foot) when our resident Cardinal perched himself on a branch of the tree just outside the window. What a site! His beautiful vibrant red color stood out with the fresh blanket of pure white snow that filled the background behind him. It was one of those moments in a New England Winter when you forget about the cold, the shoveling and all the not so great things inter hands you sometimes. A moment you treasure.
So for the 2010 ortament I sat down and attempted to crochet the Cardinal that brought us a moment of sunshine on a cold winter's day and made us forget just for a moment about our Winter Worries.
Happy 2011.... T
